Learn the National Electrical Code and amendments for safe effective electrical practices and fully understand the new requirements and what they mean. All electricians and electrical organizations need to know the updated code changes to stay in compliance and avoid correcting electrical work. 2026 is the most recent code cycle and DeLucia Seminars offers interactive, in-depth explanations of current NEC code changes for this cycle. This comprehensive seminar is approved for MA, NH, ME, VT and RI and will satisfy the Electrician’s renewal requirement.

Robert has been a master electrician for over thirty years and worked for the City of Lawrence for 36 years prior to his retirement in 2012. In 1988, he joined the Lawrence Fire Department as a Fire Alarm Electrician. His responsibilities included installing, maintaining, and repairing fire alarm and police signaling systems and city street lights.
In 2004, he became the City of Lawrence Electrical Inspector. Under the general direction of the Lawrence Fire Chief, skilled electrical work was performed enforcing the provisions of the Massachusetts State Electrical Code in order to protect public life until his retirement in 2012.

When he retired, Robert became an instructor for Ross Seminars helping conduct the 15-hour required Continuing Education for Electricians' updated NEC Code Class and the 6-hour Professional Development Seminar. The 6-hour seminar includes MA approved guest speakers, free raffles, and a B-B-Q. We consider this special event to be our chance to "give back" to our participants.
Robert holds many certifications, memberships, and credentials. Since 1976 he has been married to his wife, Linda, and has two grown children.
